Affiliate Policy

Thank you for your interest in becoming aan affiliate of Synergy Leap products. This Affiliate Policy sets forth the terms and conditions governing our affiliate reseller program. By participating in the affiliate reseller program, you agree to comply with the following policies and guidelines:

Affiliate Eligibility

1. Eligibility Criteria: To qualify as an affiliate, you must be a legally registered business entity with a valid tax identification number.

1. Application Process: Prospective affiliates must submit aan affiliate application providing accurate and up-to-date business information. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion.

Authorized Product Sales

1. Approved Products: As an affiliate, you are authorized to sell the products listed in our official reseller catalog or provided to you by Synergy Leap.

1. Prohibited Sales: Affiliate are prohibited from selling our products on unauthorized online marketplaces, auction sites, or to unauthorized distributors.

1. Pricing: Affiliates must adhere to the suggested retail prices (SRPs) provided by Synergy Leap unless specific pricing arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

Marketing and Branding

1. Use of Trademarks: Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Synergy Leap trademarks and logos solely for the purpose of promoting and selling our products. This license is revocable at our discretion.

1. Brand Representation: Affiliates must represent Synergy Leap and our products accurately and positively in all marketing and promotional materials.

1. Co-Branding: Affiliates may not co-brand or create joint branding materials without prior written consent from Synergy Leap.

Sales and Customer Support

1. Customer Relations: Affiliates are responsible for providing excellent customer service to their customers, including handling inquiries, complaints, and product returns.

1. Product Information: Affiliates must stay informed about our products and provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers.

Order Process and Payment

1. Placing Orders: Affiliates may place orders through our official reseller portal or via designated communication channels provided by Synergy Leap.

1. Payment Terms: Affiliates must adhere to the payment terms and conditions outlined in their agreement with Synergy Leap.

Marketing Materials and Promotions

1. Marketing Materials: Synergy Leap may provide affiliates with marketing materials for authorized product promotion. Affiliates may only use these materials with prior written consent from Synergy Leap.

1. Promotions: Affiliates must obtain approval from Synergy Leap before running any promotional campaigns or offering discounts on our products.

Compliance with Laws

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relating to the resale and distribution of Synergy Leap products.

Termination of Reseller Agreement

Synergy Leap reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time for non-compliance with this Affiliate Policy or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Synergy Leap.

Confidentiality

Affiliates must keep all confidential information obtained from Synergy Leap confidential and not disclose such information to third parties.

Amendments

Synergy Leap may modify this Affiliate Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to resellers through official channels.
